SOME STUDENTS FROM OUR HIGH SCHOOL “CLOT DEL
MORO”
HAVE TRAVELLED TO PERPIGNAN TO STUDY
THEIR BIODOVERSITY
Six students from 4th of ESO: Naiara
Cuenca, Lola Camporeale, Naiara Fernández, Lesly Morán, Neus Martínez and
Natalia Alcaraz accompanied by two teachers, Isabel Chover and Yolanda Mir have
stayed in Perpignan from October the 13th to 18th, and have been involved in several activities prepared by the Pablo Picasso High School.
All them belonging to the Erasmus + project: Biodiversity, Past, Present and
Future (BPPF).
There, our students have coexisted with other students
from Perpignan (France), Montefalco (Italy), Borca (Romania) and Hafnarfjördur
(Iceland).
All the whole group have visited the oceanographic, a research boat called TARA and the BIODIVERSARIUM in Banuyls sûr Mer, where they have participated in some workshops to study the ocean pollution.
In addition, they went to know the solid waste treatment and recycling plant SYDETOM 66, and cleaned the Canet en Roussillon beach.
Also, in the French High School they carried out some experiences in the laboratories where French students acted as instructors.
They went to for a walk to Tautavel countryside to know the regional flora and fauna, and the last day they had a Closing Ceremony and received the corresponding attendance certificates.
